Some people say, “If God is everywhere, why should we go to church? Why make the effort to gather with others when we can feel God’s presence anywhere?”
Well, the entire atmosphere is filled with water, but when we are thirsty, we go to a water source because that’s where the water is abundant, pure, and refreshing. It’s the same with church. The atmosphere is filled with God’s presence, but the church is where we come to drink deeply from the well of His Spirit. It’s the source of spiritual nourishment.
When we gather in the church, it’s not just about being in a building. Together, we’re refreshed, renewed, and ready to face whatever comes our way, knowing that God’s presence is with us every step of the journey.
